1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the BasedCase website and any services provided by BasedCase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

In no event shall BasedCase or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services on BasedCase's Site, even if BasedCase or a BasedCase authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
